本課程主要介紹網路法之重要議題，藉由主題式討論，以歷史發展的角度 勾勒出網路法的基本架構。本堂課以美國網路法為主軸，並重點提示台灣，歐洲及中國網路法之發展。每堂課都會討論重要的網路基礎科技，介紹其所相關的法規爭議，並帶入更 深層次的政策性討論。 學習目標:學生修習完課程後能對於網路法之重要議題有基本認識，包含相關的技術背景，各國重要法規，以及主要討論議題等。 預期學習成果:網路法發展日新月異，希冀學生熟悉重要網路法資源，並對於網路法最新議題具備自我學習之能力。
學生背景 : 本課程鼓勵對於網路法有興趣的同學選修，不限專業領域，適合大學部，研究 所，以及專班的同學選修。 先修課程 : 無 外文能力 : 英語閱讀能力。

期中書面大綱及文獻整理(20%): 期中必須繳交一份書面報告之大綱以及重要文獻整理 期末又頭報告(20%):修課同學需要進行期末報告。 期末書面報告 (50%):修課同學須繳交一份期末書面報告，主題可以選定課程中任一主題 進行深入探討。 上課參與(10%) 課前請確實閱讀文獻。上課缺席三次以上者，從第四次開始，每缺席一次扣總學期成績一分。
